No wonder the Cubs backed out after Baez wasn't enough, this is ludicrous. Miller is a very nice pitcher, but he isn't an ace. Glad the Cardinals didn't get this return for him lol

DBacks were the mystery team in on Jose Fernandez, now they are no longer in.

Braves got so much out of this trade, I don't like it as a Phillies fan because the Braves made out so well.

I think since the D-Backs got Grineke, they're too excited and are overpaying for guys to build a competing team.

Yeah the DBacks going overboard here. They should look at the Padres as a warning here.

That's how you rebuild a team.

I wouldn't go as far as comparing them to the Padres. They signing a big free agent and made one big trade where last year's Padres sold the entire farm for a completely different roster. Adding Grienke and Shelby to what the D-Backs had last season should pan out very well.

But don't get me wrong.....no way in hell I'm dealing a pair of #1 picks and Inciarte for Miller. Credit to Dave Stewart for having the balls to make some noise and completely drown out the Dodgers and Giants this season.
