Scott Skiles steps down from coaching Magic

Allegedly in January Skiles told an assistant coach (Adrian Griffin) that he made a mistake in taking the job, the assistant took it to management and Hannigan was furious because he hadn't wanted to hire him but Skiles lobbied the DeVos family (owners) with texts/calls to get the job. Hannigan wanted to tell the DeVos family about Skiles saying he made a mistake taking the job, CEO Alex Martins talked him out of it.
 
Among other things Skiles hated Tobias Harris and had no faith in Elfrid Payton as the PG of the future

 
oh gee, you mean like right around the time the Magic were 19-13 and like 4th in the East, and then went into an immediate tailspin out of nowhere? God, whata re the odds of that?????
