Former utility player Ryan Freel committed suicide Saturday, according to reports.

His career batting average was .268 and he stole 143 bases in his career.

Freel broke into the majors with Toronto in 2001 and played the majority of his eight-year career with the Reds
Damn, R.I.P.

RIP? Dude left behind a wife and 3 young kids... I have absolutely no remorse for him, don't care what circumstances may have caused this for him.

Best wishes to the family and friends he left behind.
