Now I dont feel as bad that Reyes beat Braun for the batting title, lol. The dude is a good guy, but I guess he made the wrong decision. Its gonna be interesting to see what Braun says about this, there has never been a successful appeal in the MLB.

Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun took the standard defense following his positive test for performance-enhancing drugs on Saturday night.

Braun released a statement through his agent saying he'll appeal the ruling before telling USA Today: "It's BS."

ESPN.com has reported that Braun volunteered to take a second test that came back negative, but Jeff Passan of Yahoo! Sports writes that "not one positive test has been overturned."

Braun's positive test came during the playoffs.
