I have no idea what number our guys are going to wear
assuming we don't give out numbers worn by free agents, we have available:
 
9, 20, 26, 27, 29, 37, 38, 39, 40, 42, 43, 45-54, 56-89, 91-98
 
And 9 & 20 might not be considered available too. I hope Jaylen either goes with 27, 50, or 98 lol

nobody has worn 20 since Allen left two years ago, and nobody picked rondo's 9 either this year

5 is definitely off limits though. KG will get his number retired

He was an amazing locker room presence and changed the entire attitude and culture of the team. He was the DPOY and was a huge reason we ended our 22 year Championship drought

That also doesn't mean he won't get his number retired in Minnesota. It just will in Boston, along with the Truth obviously. Ray and Rondo won't but their numbers could be held off for a little while
