Romo Accuses Redskins Of Cheating On Snap Count

NFL.com - Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is blaming the Redskins for all the snap issues he had with center Phil Costa on Monday night.

Costa snapped the football before Romo was ready multiple times against Washington. Romo has accused Redskins defenders of yelling out their own snap count.

"We've got to get the snap thing worked out," Romo said. "We'll get that worked out. We'll tell the league and see if that's something that can be fixed because you're not supposed to be able to do that. So we'll see. But we can't have that happen. We shouldn't have been in that situation."

It is against NFL rules for defenders to imitate a quarterback's cadence or snap count.

One of those rare complaints after a win. Doesn't matter what they did during the game. Romo and Costa had some issues out there, but the fact of the matter is, they recovered every botched snap, and won the game. Obviously, they weren't good enough at trying to screw things up because Cowboys still won.

Because they have no proof other then Romo accusing them. Refs obviously didn't notice it in game if it did happen.

Exactly. if there was any sort of legitimacy to these accusations the NFL would have looked into it and handed down some fines by now.
