Jeremy Lamb's biggest weakness is his leadership, his lack of being a superstar. He can be a great #2, but he will never be a #1

its the same stuff im going through with detroit. unless greg takes that next step this year or brandon turns into a star in the coming years. its not a bad way to build though. i like what we could be in the next few years and i like this rockets squad.

^ Yeah and I think that was found out at UConn. During their 2011 title run he was the perfect sidekick to Kemba Walker, but this year he didn't live up to expectations taking the #1 role. Frankly, no one on that team did though haha.

It's hard to build a contender in the NBA unless you

A) Have a large market and the ability to go out and get people
B) Win the lottery

I know people will bring up OKC but come on they had the #2 pick.

not just the #2

They had #2 (KD), #3 (Harden), #4 (Russ), and #5 (Green, traded for Perk)
