The Angels are such a mediocre team, honestly at this point I'd suggest trading Trout.

Every time they've tried to fix their team in the past, they've made it worse.

Trading Trout is not the answer, especially when the team has the fourth or five highest payroll. You only trade him if you get back like three very very good pitchers or something like that, but you can also strip the team and build around him.
