You still dont get it.

It factors into me saying, ALL CJ IS, IS SPEED.
He'll break 1 tackle, then use his speed, take him all the way to the endzone.

And because of that one tackle broken, titan fans think hes like, able to break tons of tackles and is this ALL AROUND runner.

CJ is known for his speed, and with years and years of beating in the NFL.. hes gonna lose it, and might be a short career for him.
I don't really see why that matters lol.

Yeah I don't see how it matters either lol.
Like I said, his speed makes him great, but that's not all he has.
He has great vision, really knows how to set up blocks, can and does run over linebackers, which people like Kam who only watch his highlights don't know, he's a good reciever, etc.

The fact that he's only speed.

He's only 25, and let's say he has 4-5 years left in him... if he continues to put up the stats he has for those 4-5 years, he'll put up 12,000 yards and close to 100 career TD's.

That would be pretty damn good for a one-dimensional running back, like you consider him.

One thing I did notice though, is that during the Monday Night game against the Jags, he was bottled up for most of the game and got a lot of touches in garbage time which got him over 100 yards.

I don't watch the Titans very often, so I'm not sure if that is a regular thing.

I'll admit, it happened maybe 2-3 times, if that. It happened, but not often.

I still don't think you can fault him for being a speedy RB. That's like saying a WR is nothing without his route running or a QB is nothing without his accuracy.

Not the same.

Sam Bradford is mostly accuracy, but he has a decent arm and has good decision making, good character, ect. Hes a franchise QB.

Chris Johnson is just speed. Thats not a knock on the guy, thats not saying he SHOULDN'T be a top 5 back, because right now he is. Titan fans dont realize that he isn't as tough as lets say a MJD, and after all the hits after years, he'll wear down. I doubt he gets to 12,000 career yards. He'll never rush for 2000 yards again or come close to it.

The game against Jacksonville, he had like 40/50 yards going into the 4th QTR. Jeff Fisher got pissed at the Jaguars because we called a TV Timeout with a Min left and down by alot. So they did the stupid fucking run play, when the Jags team basically gave up, and CJ took his speed into the endzone for about 40/50 yards. Got him over 100 yards, when he had a terrible game.

I've watched more titan games then TTN thinks, I watch CJ. Im not just making these assumptions off of nowhere.

Griffin isnt that good. Very overrated.

Chris Johnson is speed only.

Wouldn't claim him king of drafting.
I don't think Griffin is overrated, at all.. He got a lot of hype out of uT, but now he's pretty respected and for good reason.

You're kidding right?

Griffin had ALOT of hype going into the 2009 season, had a terrible season for a safety. Was beat alot, got ran over, missed tackles and assignments.

2010 was slightly better, but hes nothing to brag about. Especially when saying the GM is doing a good job like TTN is doing.

Thats like me bragging about the Jaguars selecting Justin Durant or Clint Ingram at this point. Decent players, could be backups on certain teams, nothing to exactly brag about.
