NBA GM wouldn't be specific, but says "if what I hear is true," Kings will have tough time turning down Bobcats' offer for DeMarcus Cousins.

I wonder what the offer is?

I'm thinking their first this year, maybe 2015 as well?

Walker or Gilchrist have to be involved as well, you would think, based on what was said in the quote.

maybe even our pick too. one of those guys would probably be in but wit enough picks and decent potential players idk. even giving up their picks if they can keep those two and add boogz theyd have a nice core.

For starters, Cousins salary is only 3.9M this season, and the Kings don't have the cap to take on more salary. That doesn't leave very many options open.

So one of Sacramento's bad contracts have to be going to Charlotte. Salmons and Garcia fit this. Salmons has two years at about 15.5M left, with a team option on the third. Garcia has 6.1M this year and a team option for the next. I'd say it's safe Salmons is a bad deal going back to Charlotte?

So if Salmons is going, the only player that makes sense to go back to Sacramento is Diop who is a 7.4M expiring.

That still leaves about 4.6M, so lets throw Gerald Henderson who is another expiring in at 3.1M.

Now, I don't see anyway Charlotte moves Gilchrist for Cousins, and Sacramento doesn't really need Kemba since they already have Brooks, Thomas, and Fredette at PG. So I guess after those two Biyombo would be the Bobcats best piece?

That's all I got, with Sacramento sending first(s) back, which I guess would be the biggest piece in the deal? The Bobcats have protections on the Blazers and Pistons picks, as well as still owning their own. Would anyone say that's a deal Sacramento would have a hard time turning down?

troll

and 18.1/6/1.8 is not that bad at all, knowing everyone else on his team sucks.

PER36:
Kemba: 18.1/6.0/1.8
Lillard: 17.4/6.0/1.0

Last night, Sam Amico of FOX Sports heard from an NBA GM that the Bobcats put together avery tempting offer for Kings' big man DeMarcus Cousins. However, a Charlotte official texted Amico (Twitter link) this morning to deny that the team has put together "any sort of package" with Cousins in mind.

Despite Cousins' clashes with Kings coach Keith Smart and members of the front office, it appears that he still has multiple suitors interested in him. The Nuggets and Rockets have shown interest in Cousins in the past and the Pistons and Celtics have both expressed their interest to the Kings recently. Sam Amick of USA Today heard from multiple sources that new agent Dan Fegan would like to steer Cousins to the Wizards since it would reunite him with Kentucky teammate and Fegan client John Wall.
