I would 100% build around Embiid if I had the option out of these four. 
 
If you account for the two lost seasons, he has only played basketball for literally 5 years, and he's still already roasting dudes in the NBA. Needs to cut down on turnovers, but he's young, and it's certainly correctable. I'd roll with him.

Really? Embiid's injury history makes him an obvious #4 for me. If injuries weren't factored in, he's probably higher, but when talking about who to build around I can't just ignore them.
