You're saying Falcons is dumb, when you believe the Jags are going to beat the Colts twice, and on the road the first time?

SMH.

I said 9-7 at worst, and 11-5 at best.. Falcons aren't going to come out and be one of the top teams like last year. Especially with the Bucs rising.
I think we can still be one of the best teams and make the playoffs
and I say 10-6 at worst, 13-3 at best
maybe it's the fan in me, call it what you want, but I think we're still a top team in the league
and yes, the Bucs are rising, but the Falcons aren't declining imo

Maybe so, I just think the Bucs will possibly overtake the Falcons.

I see Falcons, Bucs, and Saints each having a good chance of taking the NFC South, and each capable of overtaking the others
Guess we'll just have to wait and see
hell, I could see all three getting 10+ wins again

The NFC South will have some deflated records this year. From beating on the NFC West last year to facing the AFC South and NFC North this year? I'd be surprised if any NFC South team wins more than 11 games.

Week 1: W @ Jacksonville
Week 2: L vs. Baltimore
Week 3: W vs. Denver
Week 4: W @ Cleveland
Week 5: L @ Pittsburgh
Week 7: L vs. Houston
Week 8: W vs. Indianapolis
Week 9: W vs. Cincinnati
Week 10: W @ Carolina
Week 11: L @ Atlanta
Week 12: L vs. Tampa Bay
Week 13: W @ Buffalo
Week 14: L vs. New Orleans
Week 15: L @ Indianapolis
Week 16: L vs. Jacksonville
Week 17: L @ Houston

Record: 7-9.

We have a very easy schedule.
I know we won't make the playoffs, but we're better than most think, and games like Denver, Cincy, Carolina, Buffalo are sure wins, and I think we split with Indy, winning the early one, and split with Jacksonville, who is overrated. Cleveland is a toss up, especially since it's away.

Not with an overrated rookie QB

I lol at how u think the Jags will beat the Steelers, and Indy twice, yet Pats going 14-2 is "crazy". We have about 5 hard games (Jets x, Steelers, Eagles, Colts)
We can easily win 3 of those 5

Jets going 12-4 seems fairly reasonable to me.

Let me break this down for you.

Jags defense gave up a career high 419 points.

We signed 5 starters in Free Agency.

Matt Roth
Dawan Landry
Drew Coleman
Poz
Clint Session.

We're not going to have a bad defense anymore. If we had the defense we had now last year in a bunch of games.. we would of won.. including the game against Indy.. and we would of been 2-0 against Indy.

I already broke down how Indy got worse this offseason.

Also, you think Gabbert is overrated.. But you think BJE and Danny Woodhead is amazing.. yeh.. laughable.

As of late, its not rare to see a Rookie QB to lead a team to a winning record, who knows.. Gabbert may not even start the season..

Good outcome no matter what IMO.

I don't think the Pats RBs are amazing, I think they are good. But they have at least proven themselves in the league, unlike Gabbert

They really havent proven themselves.

Like I said however, you dumbfucks bring up Gabbert more than I do.. yet I bring him up all the time and suck his dick all the time.

Yeah right..

We bring up Gabbert because you bring up unrealistic results for the Jags. It's all about the QB, and without a good QB, you won't win. The Jags dont

And I'm pretty sure BJGE having more rushing yards than half the league in a split role means he's proven himself somewhat. Or definitely moreso than Gabbert

How is 10-6 unrealistic?

We went 8-8 last year with Garrard sacking himself and missing 3 games.

Also starting QBs for the Jags last year?
David Garrard
Todd Bouman
Trent Edwards.

Yeah, Gabbert if he just manages the game.. we've already improved the offense. He has a quicker release than David and isn't afraid to take shots down deep when needed like David and won't sack himself like David.

Its not like I'm saying "Jags are going to come out, go 15-1.. and Gabbert is going to go to the probowl".

If Gabbert starts Im expecting maybe a little less than Matt Ryans rookie Numbers. Which isn't alot. He'll spend his first year handing off the ball to MJD and having a real nice security blanket in Marcedes Lewis. You're just ignorant if you don't see that/realize that.

Sorry for being excited that the Jags may have their first Franchise QB in their History in the NFL.. Sorry bosox.

BGE still has to prove he can do it more than 1 year.. which means "UNPROVEN" dumbass.

Sure, Gabbert will throw deep, and stretch the defense, but that is his biggest weakness.
I watched 3 games of his, and I was not impressed with his deep ball at all.

Still, I think he's going to be a great QB, either way.

Well apparently it's improved over the offseason.

According to Pete Prisco and other writers who have seen him in camp.

Hes been making throws that they didn't think existed when watching the Jaguars.

Also gotta take in the Fact he had no WRs last year at Mizzou.

I've always thought Gabberts biggest weakness from watching him was he gets a little antsy in the pocket when pressure is shown.. and tends to take off running instead of stepping up in the pocket.

Why everybody act like the AFC South is the hardest division in the NFL?
Im not scared of any team in it honestly
I'm sure Falcons, Bucs, and Saints can all be successful against em
and we played NFC North last year as well
