Chicago Bears
Round 1: CB - Bears are in need of a true shut down corner. Tillman has been declining over the past couple seasons and the rest of the corners are average at best. An elite corner would do wonders for the secondary.
Round 2: OG - Offensive line is probably the biggest need on the team, but there usually aren't many guards worthy of a first round pick, so hopefully the Bears can snag a future starter here in the second round.
Round 3: C - Olin Kreutz is done IMO, so it's time to draft his replacement. There are generally some decent centers left in the third round and with the offensive line being the biggest weakness the Bears need to stock pile lineman.
Round 4: DT - While it might be hard to find a potential starter in the fourth round, it would be great if the Bears could somehow find a talented, big DT to add to a rotation that consists of just average players.
Round 5: OT - J'Marcus Webb has shown flashes, Chris Williams can be labeled a bust, Frank Omiyale and Kevin Shaffer are just backups IMO. It'll be hard to find a starter here, but another player needs to be added to the mix.
Round 6: WR - Not as much of a need as it has been in the past, but if the Bears could pickup a tall WR to pair with the speedsters they already have on the roster, Cutler would have more options to throw to in the red zone.
I don't think we have a seventh round pick.
