Maybe make the background desaturated to go with the jersey, and fix the text, but you're getting back to your old form.

I just love it but the back looks a bit normal maybe put some more touches

To sum this up you need brighter coloring and less of this dull stuff, not more putting the render in the middle, and kind of blend it better, personally i think this might be one of your worst because I have seen some others that have been very nice looking. Plus maybe have the text stick out more and possibly blend it some more.
