Can't say I'm surprised, that's an awful injury to come back from.

Man, this sucks, and the injury was just awful to watch.

I really don't understand how people can play such an athletic sport and not be even remotely conscious of how they land. Paul's leg looked like it was trying to come down at a 45 degree angle.

Small injuries in sports are blessings in disguise, usually, because you start to be cognizant of the situations you put your body in, and the potential dangers of it, but this, being a devastating injury...man, talk about a tough lesson to take.

For instance, what's he trying to to get a chase down for during a fucking scrimmage?

You can call this a freak injury, and it is, but there was absolutely no situational thought process for Paul George on this play. So unnecessary.

I know--that stanchion is a real problem. I don't mean to criticize George, either--you never expect that you'll have this kind of injury because of aggressiveness. I just wonder if he could have played with a bit more perspective, you know? If this was part of the competition, so be it. It was a scrimmage.

he was also not playing very well from what i recall so playing some strong defense would have made his individual performance look better.

Sucks man. Paul was probably going to take another huge leap forward this year.

Looked to see who owned the Pacers 2015 pick. It appears that they own their own pick. That's clutch

Roy Hibbert is gonna be forced to become more of an option, which is scary for them lmao.

Greg Jennings put the team on his back with a broken leg, I don't see why George can't.
