I'm not just saying the ink might look bad with wrinkles, i'm saying your going to be an old man with a skunk tattoo that says stinky on your arm????

I don't hate em, just think it would be wiser to get rid of them by the time your older...unless its sleeves, I like sleeves.

He said in his post that the skunk tattoo was an army tattoo so it has meaning. I don't see a problem with it. If it has meaning then who cares.

Back on topic, if an employer has a policy on personal appearance it must be followed as with anything. If he wants to get paid by the Panthers he has to make sure he does what hes told. There are plenty of jobs where tattoos are unacceptable. Specifically as an airline pilot, you cant have tattoos that are clearly visible.

at the sametime, that will change in the near future. a lot of hospitals dont like them and never used to allow them but now thats changing.
