Packers got their TE and signed TE Jared Cook to a 1 year deal full of incentives.

Very happy with this deal. Packers needed a big upgrade at TE in terms of pass catching ability. Cook isn't a game changing talent, but he is going to really help open up the offense. If Lacy can bounce back this could be the best Packers offense in the past few years. Cook can be the receiving threat the Packers have missed since Finley was forced to retire

Excited that not only have Packer Fans excited but has management believing this is a good sign. I can't wait to watch Cook drop crucial balls this upcoming season. He does however give the Packers their best TE since losing Finley to injury a few years back. Realistically it's a low risk/high reward type of deal as was stated his deal is full of incentives so if he reaches those incentives he was good throughout the year however if he doesn't perform well I believe his deal will be worth under 1M
