Paul E is great for business. Eric gets caught up in what once worked and isn't the most progressive forward thinking guy. It's good that he answers directly to Vince for that, but I wish Vince answered directly to someone at this point

PWInsider is reporting that Paul Heyman sat at the gorilla next to Vince McMahon all last night during Raw.

Mike Johnson also stated on his podcast that WWE hit a hard reset on their planned storylines, while keeping the current ones they have in place for the PPV also in tact.

Johnson also went on to say that just the presence of Paul Heyman at the show is already boosting morale backstage. The idea to reunite AJ with Gallows and Anderson, was a Vince idea but them turning heel was Heymans, as Paul felt the show lacked heels.

Dave Meltzer on WOR today also said that Vince desperately wanted Heyman to be in on air character, but, Paul coming out in an interview last week and saying that the idea of a GM is played out was one of the big factors as to why he will only appear on TV with or advocating for Lesnar.
