I mean it can be used as a performance enhancer or one of those rave party drugs. If he had an official doctor prescription for it, he would of been in the clear. Same for Adam Rose. in which i saw him in person last week and he is small as hell lol.

How? If they were both on Smackdown it'd be a loser leaves Smackdown. The thought it that they just want to be apart from each other no matter what. It's not like they decline because theyd rather stick around where the other is than go to Smackdown

But they aren't. Which would make it a match where the loser has to leave Raw to join Smackdown - as a punishment.
 
If they somehow twist it that the winner chooses to join SD however, that's a different story.
