WWE Changes Brock Lesnar’s WrestleMania Plans
Dave Meltzer reported on today’s installment of Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE changed their plans for Brock Lesnar’s WrestleMania 32 opponent.
 
Originally, Lesnar was to face Bray Wyatt at the annual event, however something changed and they decided to go with Dean Ambrose instead. That was the reason why Bray didn’t play a factor into the main event match at Sunday’s Fastlane.

A huge spectacle is a stretch. To me it was nothing more than Bray just understanding that he had a much better shot if Lesnar got eliminated, and all of his dudes happened to be around the ring at the time. Lesnar didn't even go crazy after he got eliminated like one would expect.

Fair enough. I may be making more of it than they wanted to, but I don't think you should have a showdown/stare down like that just to have one. They're teasing the crowd (who clearly wanted to see it) for something. Seems dumb to just leave it as an afterthought.
 
The more egregious error is probably Lesnar not freaking out, though. "The beast" who wants nothing more to destroy and get his title back gets eliminated by four guys, some of whom were no longer legal participants, and he's okay with it?

Yeah I'd rather him face bray, but I think him and Dean had a good back and forth leading up to this match. Granted, they quite possibly could've used up all good material

they did have a good back and forth and while it doesnt need to be believable that a guy like dean can beat brock, but those two are such a huge size difference it wouldnt even be fun to watch.
