As we reported yesterday, current WWE Champion John Cena’s elbow injury is worse than is being let on. While the specific severity of the injury is unclear at this point, it is known that his arm is in really bad shape.

According to reports, Cena’s injury is bad enough that last week WWE officials made the decision for him not to wrestle until the SummerSlam pay-per-view this Sunday. Additionally, Cena is reportedly going to be taking time off after the match to have surgery on the arm, which could keep him out of action for a while.
Whether or not this means Daniel Bryan will

win the WWE Championship at SummerSlam is anyone’s guess, but odds are pretty likely that he will if Cena won’t be around after the pay-per-view. Then again, Money In The Bank winner Randy Orton could always walk out of the building as WWE Champion as well

I forgot to mention his elbow on last week's raw and how bad it looked as well as yesterday

Stephanie McMahon turning heel at Summerslam
There are also talks going on backstage about having Stephanie McMahon turning heel along with Triple H at Summerslam. The main idea for WWE is to have some sort of big showdown between the two and Vince McMahon at Wrestlemania 30, and the storyline might begin this upcoming Sunday.

Triple H turning heel at Summerslam
There has been a lot of back and forth discussions on turning Triple H into a heel at Summerslam. It appears that the plan might be back in place, as WWE has added HHH to the match between John Cena and Daniel Bryan as a special guest referee.

the first thing i thought when he became the ref was screwing db and then orton cashing in turning both heel.

Orton won't cash in. The way they've been promoting him it almost looks like this is a scheduled thing for him at Summerslam. Everybody is expecting it to happen. Orton doesn't even have a match scheduled, this is way too obvious now, they gotta swerve us.

Maybe they turn HHH by preventing Orton from cashing in. That wouldn't complete a heel turn though.

hhh might push for the wyatt family to move up the card and force the shield down. wtf

the wyatts have a good gimmick but bray is the only one with a future imo, whereas each shield member has a bright future. the heat theyve garnered backstage may cause this tho
