The only people I can remember kicking out of the curb stomp are Lesnar and maybe Ambrose.

Rollins had the curb stomp performed on him by Ambrose but I can't remember it he kicked out or Kane interfered

Bryan did it to Batista at Wrestlemania 30 and Orton threw Bryan out of the ring and tried to pin Batista but he kicked out.

It may have been the other way around with Batista trying to pin Orton. Either way, someone kicked out
