Dolph Ziggler and Ryback
In case you're wondering why the two of them have formed a tag team, Dolph Ziggler and Ryback are now penciled in for a match against Kane and Big Show at Wrestlemania. The constantly changing plans for the pay per view has removed Ziggler from a potential mat classic with Daniel Bryan, who is being eyed for the main event with Brock Lesnar. The Little Guy and the Big Guy will not be a permanent part of the tag team division, though.

ziggler and ryback would actually make for a good tag team. they need to bring relevance back to those belts. same with cena holding the us title and bnb and ambrose feuding for the ic

I get that he has to lose at some point but give it to someone who could use that bump. Cena doesn't need it

i agree. im not even huge on rusev but he does have a ton of talent. if he actually put it on the line more it'd help. that's what's wrong with the belt. it never gets defended. cena having it won't change that, imo. im assuming the way they see it, cena with it will help what the belt means.

The reason that it's hard to put the belt on the line with Rusev is usually you have to earn a title shot by beating the champ, but with Rusev undefeated angle they can't earn chances. I suppose they could have battle royals or whatever to determine #1 contender but those get old quick.
