Or it's going to turn into a triple threat.
After assaulting The Authority with a hot dog cart (along with everything in it) on Raw in Brooklyn, New York, Monday night, Dean Ambrose hopped in a cab with Renee Young.
Although the two often travel together and obviously hang out a lot, it is said that they don't consider themselves boyfriend and girlfriend. Rather, it's a "friends with benefits" situation. It can, however, be said that Dean Ambrose loves Philadelphia.
Ambrose made Philadelphia his home for two years while he was wrestling for Combat Zone Wrestling and other independent promotions.
After Tuesday's SmackDown taping in Philadelphia, Ambrose grabbed the microphone and told the fans that Philadelphia was not John Cena's town, but that it was his. He also said that he would be at the Wells Fargo Center again Thursday to cheer on the Flyers during their home opener against the New Jersey Devils.
While Young doesn't acknowledge her relationship with Ambrose, she implied being with him at that game on Thursday with this photo on Instagram.
This led to number of harsh messages from fans of Ambrose and she eventually deleted the photo.
The harsh messages are nothing new for her as she has been getting a lot of heat on social media over her relationship with the popular WWE Superstar for months now; it flares up whenever a new photo of the two being spotted together outside of a WWE venue surfaces online. It definitely looks like she was just having some fun trolling that group of fans.
When Roman Reigns showed up for Raw, it was based upon a taped interview that was said to be a satellite feed for the benefit of fans. When the WWE fans reacted poorly to Reigns' interview, Vince McMahon was said to be furious.
As Reigns spoke to the fans in Brooklyn, he seemed to indicate that he would prefer to fly back onto the ring sooner rather than later, although recovery time for hernia surgery can often be between three to six month. Regardless, Reigns is already counting down the days until he can wrestle again, and it's claimed the doctors are happy with the progress Reigns is making in his recovery. In addition to the segment on his health update, Reigns also discussed what he felt during his initial debut with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose.
While all of that is all well and good, it's not what he said but how he said it that has Vince McMahon mad. Like practically everything in WWE these days, the interview was written and scripted by the creative team. But Triple H is claimed to have wanted Reigns to come off as a "badass babyface that didn't have a care in the world" during the interview. Instead, Reigns seemed uncomfortable, which is either due to his healing injuries or because he could not play that kind of character, which does not bode well for his career.
Interestingly enough, Vince McMahon is said to not have watched the pre-recorded Reigns segment before it aired on Raw, but once he saw it he was reportedly fuming. This reaction was only made worse when the online fans reacted badly to Reigns' performance, and even others in the company were not happy with the result.
I, Vincent Kennedy McMahon, love...Dicks.elcheato said:Off topic but remember when Triple H and HBK dressed up as Vince and Shane? That was probably my favorite thing ever
Major Changes Rumored For Top HIAC Matches
With WWE’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view less than two weeks away, there are said to be major changes in store for the top matches taking place on the show. Here’s the lowdown, courtesy of Reddit user /r/MetsFan4Ever, who has been spot on with several of his news leaks:
– The advertised Dean Ambrose vs. John Cena main event will not be taking place at Hell in a Cell. It will be announced tonight that Cena vs. Ambrose will actually take place next week on RAW. The winner of that match will go on to face Seth Rollins inside HIAC and the loser will face Randy Orton inside the cell.
– John Cena vs. Dean Ambrose Contract On A Pole match was never scheduled to actually to place at Hell in a Cell.
– The Nikki Bella vs. Brie Bella match will not take place inside Hell in a Cell, but the match will carry a stipulation. The loser of the match will have to be the winner’s personal assistant.
