Per PWInsider, Billy Corgan has filed a lawsuit against TNA and Dixie Carter. Ryan Satin reports that all documents are currently under seal and a restraining order was also issued. I'm not sure there's enough popcorn to go around, but pass it anyway.

 
Plus WWE pulled out on buying TNA because they feel like it was not worth it. Dixie Carter strikes again lol. Plus the pending lawsuit, Eric Bishoff has against TNA as well.
