Former WWE Tag Team Champion Rico Costantino is reportedly seriously unwell according to his friend Kenny Bolin who posted a statement on Facebook revealing he has hardly spoken a word to anybody in nine months. 
 
The former WWE Superstar is reported to have a diagnosed concussion, collapsed lung and severe heart problems. Bolin is trying to raise awareness of Costantino's health and hopes WWE will intervene.
