Too much money committed to talent in an industry that is dominated by one entity. You might be able to make a profit for an American wrestling company, but you can't have older, highly compensated talent squeezing your budget. 
 
There is no money to be made with TNA, as it stands. If someone bought them for $4 million, they'd have to purge the roster immediately and get rid of guys like the Hardy's, etc..

most of the talents have contracts that can likely be voided as almost all of them wrestle in other promotions. IF this is true, it's only for a select few and the video library so i cant imagine this company is even worth $4M
