This is like the story that never dies lol. One of the reasons Florida didn't want to play was because they said they were worried about LSU taking up hotel rooms evacuees may need, so LSU offered to fly in the morning of the game and fly out that night so they weren't using any rooms and Florida still declined. I'm really thinking Florida should have been forced to forfeit.

I'm so happy Alleva dug his feet into the sand and refused to give into Foleys wants and/or demands. There's a quote that basically says "poor planning on your part does not necessitate an emergency on mine." Alleva offered Foley every opportunity imaginable to play this game when it should have been played, and when he declined that's when Alleva decided to think of just his team, which was 100% right.
