technically, the pistons were a coin flip win away from the third.

we cant even win a damn coin flip.
actually, you won the coin flip. if you lost the coin flip you'd be #3

they're basically losing even when they're winning.

The Cavs won a coin toss to get #3 last year instead of #4, and #4 won Anthony Davis

So I see why they don't show the actual drawing of the ping pong balls on TV. Most boring shit ever.

that isnt lobsided really tho

Dion and Tristian have a ton of value, especially for a team like Portland that has zero intention of competing for a while. Add in a 1st and the first pick of the 2nd and Gee, who is a solid role player I like a lot. Its a good deal for both really. Maybe Cleveland gives up a future 1st too, idk.

I wouldn't include Waiters in a deal unless I was getting back an all-star for him. He was super impressive late in the year. Started scoring efficiently, showed explosiveness once he got in shape, and an elite level ability to get to the rim.

I'd think about Tristan and the late picks for Aldridge, but I'm not giving up Waiters if we're only getting Batum to go with it.

you are drafting bmack tho. with a lineup of varejao-aldridge-batum-mclemore-irving, you will easily be a top 5 seed, and imo could be a decent threat to the Heat

Selling low on Waiters because we would want to take McLemore would be foolish.

Might just be because I absolutely love Waiters, still. He's too talented to give up for essentially Batum.

I'd do it and pair Alex Len with Griffin. Pretty good fit if you ask me.
