There are no nice goals in the shootout, only goals that aren't deserved. Eventually this dumb spectacle of the sport will be taken out of the game, and I for one will be a happy man when that happens.

Sucks to have the Rags toss our salad last night, by winning all the 1 on 1 battles, pretty much outworking us in either zone, clogging the passing lanes and neutral zone, etc. We looked a bit "gassed" from playing in the Island. I thought Lindback looked alright for the most part, can't blame him for the 1st goal but the 2nd goal should of been in his trapper. No way it should of got by. Overall I'm glad we got the "insurance points" in the game on Monday, and glad to get Peks some rest in a game that doesn't effect us too much. Need to win the next one though and get a new streak going.
