And wow Malkin dropped the gloves and didnt do too bad, although the refs were all over the fight in seconds

Another good win by the Wings. Everyone is looking good, especially Hudler and Franzen who need to have bounce back seasons. Also, a Ty Conklin shutout for his first game this season doesn't hurt. The youngins Helm, Abdelkader, and Emmerton are looking great as well. If everyone stays healthy *fingers crossed* this will be an exciting season.

Still good to see that passionate of a fan base in such a lopsided game.

We've waited years for that game. It could have been 90-0 and fans would have still been supportive and bonkers.

Regardless, it sucks that we had to let that happen in our home opener, but it's a learning process. This Jets team is still very young, and honestly, the knowledgeable fans of the game realize they are still far away.

The only thing that really bugs me is that I don't Montreal is a team that is 5-1 better than us, but we gotta play better.
