He doesn't? LeBron is always looking for his team mates. When someone is getting on a roll, he feeds them. He congratulates his guys, the Cavs team in general is always having a good time on the court and on the bench. If he doesn't motivate his players I don't know who does.

Yeah Cheato, after plays the guys are all acting excited but Motivation as in, during a play im not going to quit because I know something magical could happen, next time you watch a game with Steve Nash, Chris Paul, Jason Kidd or Deron Williams, watch the way their team mates move off the ball and how hard they work

I think Wade is a valid pick and deserving of the award but it comes down to the success of his team at the end of the day which is the only reason why he won't win sadly
