I guess if I were choosing between the two as a player, I'd rather play for Harbaugh.  He seems like a far more player friendly coach.
 
Saban is probably the greatest college football coach of all time, though.

Harbaugh is a great coach but all his little gimmicks and bullshit he's doing for media attention are making him more of a running joke. Stanford Jim Harbaugh was respectable....but Michigan Jim Harbaugh is an ass-clown. Saban produces NFL draft picks and if I'm a player, that's my ultimate goal.
