Thanks for the layers tip. I usually zoom in 600-800%.

ya that's a good zoom point, I usually zoom in 400% on elibrary pics and 700% on other pics

I zoom in 600-800% on eLibrary pics... I don't cut normal pics, so I don't zoom in at all.

I normally do 500 for non-eLibrary, and 350 on eLibrary..
only other tip I can suggest is using the clone tool to get out areas you're unsure of.
