nothing special. hes on the bubble and i dont think he'll make the 53. his PR ability def gives him an advantage to make the team

Very unlikely. He still needs to be on a practice squad as he’s not game ready to play WR effectively. MAYBE a team picks him up to be a PR, but he’s likely going back to the practice squad.
