If there’s been a weakness to the Seahawks this season, it’s been the injury-plagued offensive line. But those injury problems are clearing up.
Seattle left tackle Russell Okung, the best player on the Seahawks’ line, has been activated from injured reserve-designated for return. Okung has missed the last eight games with a toe injury.
Combine the return of Okung with the returns of right tackle Breno Giacomini, who has missed the last seven games with a knee injury, and center Max Unger, who missed last week with a concussion, and Seattle’s line should be at 100 percent on Sunday against the Vikings.
To make room on the roster for Okung, the Seahawks released third-string quarterback B.J. Daniels.
