Derrick Williams in the post game interview saying "Nobody thought we'd win" False. Charles Barkley has ya'll winning it all. A small majority had them winning, but always somebody out there had wins where others didn't.

i thought you'd go with your rosy outlook

like when we talk about jimmer's faults, you'll say something like "he has a great crossover though and he can finish" not mentioning his lack of speed and athleticism that wont translate well to the NBA

i thought you'd say he for sure will stay and bypass all that money he will get offered because he just loves Butler so much

:D

lol

Jimmer is slow and can't defend, even though I saw him try to defend during the 1st half.

But Butlers coach probably will stay i'm guessing lol.

Duke with a typical let down in the tournament.

Of course the year I actually pick them to go to the Final Four they fuck me over for picking them to lose in the correct round all those years in the past.

do you guys think Brad Stevens will stay and create the new Duke

or is he leaving eventually?

i already know what DJT will say...
Create the new Duke? That ain't happening at a place like Butler, but they will continue to be good as long as he's there.

They're an incredible program though. They keep getting great coaches. They all end up leaving, then the next big thing steps right in.

Yeah they definitely had a "typical" let down last year...

Just another ignorant Duke hater.

Not a lot of people picked them to win last year, at least in my pools, so it's not really a let down... The only let down was having to see them win.

A lot of people picked them this year, because of Kyrie coming back and because a lot felt they had one of the best teams in the nation (with Ohio State and Kansas)...

I'd say that's a let down.

Last year was a fluke if anything. LOL

Since 01/02, they've won the title once and only advanced passed the Sweet 16 one other time.

The only 2 teams I have left in my bracket are Kansas and UCONN. But my other bracket has Kentucky, UCONN and Florida in the final 4.

Mines pretty bad. LOL

The most I can get is 3 Elite 8 teams, those being Florida and then Ohio State and Kansas if they win. My Final Four is at least Florida, Ohio State, Kansas, and Duke with Ohio State winning it all.

I think everybody sucked this year. LOL

I got 8/16 Sweet 16 and can do 3/8 at best in the Elite 8. That's bad. LOL

At least I can probably get 3/4 Final Four.

They've never had a letdown though the Duke program just went through a dry-spell. Our teams from 2007-2009 just weren't that good. The only year that could have been considered a letdown was 05-06 when Redick and Williams were seniors and #1 all year long. This game wasn't a letdown either by any means, Arizona just played their best game of the year and Duke couldn't match. Come on you should know what an actual let down is, you're an Illinois fan.
