Hogs beat Auburn on the road. This squad is so night and day I never know what to expect. 18-10, 7-7 in the SEC good enough for a #2 seed in the SEC tourny.
Didn't mention it in here but nice win for Michigan. They've had a lot of close games lately, wins and losses, so it's nice to have one that we had a little more breathing room at the end. Hardaway Jr. with 22(started game 6 for 6), Darius Morris with 17 and 7, Stu Douglass with 12(all from 3). I know it doesn't mean anything, especially right now, but with that win, Joe Lunardi has Michigan one of the last 4 teams in. Although, we'll disappear pretty much completely if we don't beat State.
I hope so too. It's funny because I get pissed at the close losses and whatnot, but I don't get too pissed when I remember that we have the youngest team in the Big Ten and that this team playing the way they are right now, should set us up nicely for next year and then some.
Beware TYO. Ever since the Coach's Poll's existence, I think I read that no team ranked #1 on the last day of February has ever won the title (Kansas would be #1 tomorrow presumably).
Tough seeing Texas starting to lose and whatnot. K-States happy i'm sure. Maybe not Frank Martin. He's rarely happy, but he's entertaining because of that. Also sucks that Michigan doesn't play until Saturday. Week off breaks are annoying.
