A lot of trades happened.

There were winners, but there are also losers.

Some losers got an awful return for their players, some losers didn't do anything at all.

Who was the deadline's biggest loser?

I'd say the Pelicans. They really needed to fix their roster.

Anderson's value was at an all time high.

Should've traded him along with Eric Gordon.

His monetary value is at an all-time high but he expressed his desire to test the FA market regardless of what team he was on which drastically reduces trade value.

Which means trading him should've been the priority for the Pelicans who probably will miss the playoffs.

Bulls and Cavs

Bulls needed to dump pieces for assets because the team is not going to win at all this year

Cavs because they have another free bye into the Finals but don't have the roster to compete with the Warriors or Spurs. Frye ain't gonna do shit

Frye is gonna help space the floor, which is a clear issue for them, especially with LeBron and somewhat Kyrie. More flexibility, dunno if he's much of a better defender then Love, but if he is, he'd be huge for them in certain situations

Also, Ryan Anderson needs to come home to Sacramento.
