Pretty safe bet the Spurs will be near the top
If it's all about winning, that would be the best option IMO. If not then the Lakers would be #1
I'm not sure LeBron would go to the Spurs if he doesn't think they can win there. given how good the Warriors are, LeBron might not go somewhere the gives him the very best chance to win next year, he might go somewhere that gives him a chance in a few years that also helps him set up for his post NBA life. If Lonzo and Ingram show some promise this year I think the Lakers would be the favorite to land him. It's tough to say cause I doubt LeBron seriously thinks about where he's gonna go until next June

Could we possibly see him, melo, and wade end up in Houston with some major paycuts just for one season or a 1+1 deal to give it a try and if it doesnt work out, then go to LA? Lots of jumping around teams, but i feel like banana boat really wants to play together and with most of them expiring next summer, i could see them coming together for a year or maybe two and going at it.

This has been my theory as well.

I don't see Lebron taking that much of a paycut. I could see Wade cuz he's a bum, and Melo if he's still getting paid by the Knicks taking a paycut

Lebron has stated before that the only time he will take another paycut is if it was for the banana boat. Wade should for sure take one, old as dirt. And Melo, if he wants to ever sniff another CF or a Finals, and actually play some playoff basketball again, he'd be dumb not to take one you know.

Heat sign some former Celtics draft pick, which means he's probably a superstar

My aunt lives next door to Jordan Mickey lol (well, she lived next door now lol)

Not sure why the NBA is attempting to make the path to relevancy for bad teams even more difficult.

If anything, more bad teams can get better talent so theres a balance instead of having one bad team for example Cavs, get top 2 picks three years in a row
