I didn't realize how good Daequan Cook was shooting from 3 point land. Once he starts putting on muscle he is going to be a very solid player. He shouldn't have came out of college as a freshman, but I'm pretty sure he needed the money for his family. 76ers should have never dealt him either, they need outside shooting and he would bring lots of if, but its funny because his FG% is lower then his 3PT%.

Damn that was a sick dunk by Ariza. Pity it didn't count.

Kobe went cold late in the game and still was jacking up shots.

Now you can say he's the best player on the planet because I say that from time to time as well, but all i'm saying is Kobe makes big shot after big shot. Just this past week he had a game winning jumper vs. Indy, 3 pointer to put the lakers ahead of Houston in the final 30 seconds, and he hit a big shot after big shot vs. San Antonio. I know they lost that game, but it wasnt his fault. Even when Kobe sucks which he did in the Houston game, he still comes up clutch.

Damn mexi you jinxed him.

I`m not sure, but i`m glad Magic pulled it off. They are having a great year, and even though Pistons are on a 4-game skid right now, they have given 4 or the 5 best record teams at least 1 of their losses, just sayin....

Stat Line:
Magic
Nelson put up 28, 8asts, 6rebs(3-6 from 3)
Superman had 25, 20rebs, 3blks(His 30th double-double of the season, 4th 20-20 game)
Lewis with 16, 4rebs, 4stls, 3asts
Hedo with 13, 5rebs, 3asts, 2blks
Lee with 12, 7rebs, 3stls

Lakers
Kobe had a triple double of 28pts, 13rebs, 11asts
Odom with 17, 9rebs
Vlad with 15(5-8 from 3)
Bynum with 14, 3rebs, 2blks
Pau with 13, 9rebs.

Magic have a tough road ahead of them that will test them and see if they are real or not, which I think they just might be.

The Cavs actually beat the Hornets without Z and West? THAT is impressive. I wouldn't be surprised now to see a Magic - Cavs ECF Series.

I would be.

and i'm not just saying this because of last night. Orlando is really really good and they proved last night as well as all season long that they can challenge in the East, but they're not better than Boston IMO

BTW, I knew those damn hornots were a fluke. they aint <Censored>

I cant wait til Cleveland <Censored>s us up on Monday.
maybe then that'll prompt us to do something whether it be a trade, FA, or maybe start playing consistent D

I kind of agree with that. People are starting to contain the Hornets from lobbing up alley opp passes to Chandler, and a lot of there offense in general. Everyone was saying after getting Posey they could compete for a championship, and they are worse now lol.

Meh, I doubt we kill the Lakers, without Delonte and Z? We'd need a big night from Sasha/Wally and Varejao, but the Lakers are known to not have the best interior defense so LBJ could go off and our defense always keeps us in games, I think the game will come down to the last few minutes.

West and Chandler are crap
they are NOTHING without CP

did you notice how all of David West's shots are set up by CP?
he's nothing more than a jump shooter. if he didnt have even a 10 foot shot, he wouldnt be in the League

I noticed it about a lot of players on the Hornets. Last year West hit a game winner against the Cavs, got a wide open look because of CP3 <_< That Hornets team would be so bad without CP3, he creates everything for them.
