Dirk had his worst game of the year, still passed Larry Bird for 25th all time in NBA history in scoring.

And the Spurs annoy me too, luck has just been on their side. Even Charles agrees Dallas is the best team in Texas

still, im not ready to give the teams the credit they deserve because they still have things to prove. 1 main thing per team really

mavs: they do this every year. excellent regular season team, suck in the playoffs. they've gotten out of the 1st round once since their finals right? something like that. they have to prove they're legit in the playoffs. have to have 3 wins in the WCF for me to take them more seriosuly

spurs: duncan is still old, he'll be fine though. Parker and Ginobili are excellent when they're healthy, but they are always getting hurt man. have to see if they get through the season healthy before i take them more seriously. they've been there done that so i give them more rope. i expect them to be fine

I actually agree with you 100%. Lakers are still team to beat.

I will say however, this is the best playoff-built team we've probably ever had. Plus this is our last chance with this nucleus in reality, so who knows.

Hollinger is pure crap
i hate this guy and his "stats"

how the hell are Rockets and Sixers in him top 10? lmao
http://espn.go.com/nba/hollinger/powerrankings
heat ahead of mavs and spurs

i dont even want to hear his little bull explanations
the past few years he always picks Utah to be the best team in the West too lol
3 straight years bounced by the lakers

The reason you don't believe in the Mavs is because of their playoff failures, but you're not giving the Spurs credit? They're a proven playoff team, and if they're healthy they can compete with anyone.

Just have to say how proud I am of JJ Redick. It looks like he may be a starter now, and three or so years ago everybody thought he would amount to nothing in the NBA. He's living proof that hard work pays off.

thats what i said
my main question with them is health

The Bucks are weird.

In the last week:
Ended the Mavs 12 game winning streak in Dallas
Lost to San Antonio on a Manu buzzer beater in San Antonio
Beat the Lakers by 19 without Brandon Jennings

i knew DeMarcus Cousins was trouble

piss poor attitude.
he's Eddy Curry mixed with Rasheed Wallace mixed with pre-Memphis Z-Bo with the attitude

he shouldnt even be in the NBA

Boykins with 22 nice! Salmons with 20 good to finally see, he sure has slowed down this season. Ilyasova has done fine, should be considered for most improved. Bogut didn't go off as much as I thought he would.

Reggie Williams went off to. He is showing he deserves playing time when Curry comes back.
