NBA.com = best power rankings of all-time
let the hating begin...

just so you guys know, The Power rankings are just a measurement of who is playing the best at the moment.. And right now, as of last week it was the Lakers.. The best team in the NBA overall can be pulled from the standings.. Power rankings are different.
the Celtics have lost 2 of 3 and struggled vs. New Jersey
the Pistons just got spanked by the Knicks and Mavs
the Spurs, Suns, Mavs havent been playing better ball right now than the Lakers

Lakers have won 6 straight too BTW
and blewout the Hornets at home

Mavs have won 7 straight. I updated the nba.com ones ill update the espn ones by the end of tonight.

i think the Mavs could've been no.1, and I wouldnt have had a problem with it

Yeah, still early. If I had to rate them right now.

1. Celtics
2. Mavs/Lakers
3. Mavs/Lakers
4. Pistons

That is RIGHT NOW. But no offense to Laker fans but I expect a decline with Bynum out, unless Kobe goes back to that one Kobe lol.

man i hope we dont drop down too much
top 4. we just have to stay in the top 4 which is very possible

LOL, scary thing is that there is only 6 games separating the 1-9 seeds in the West.
