EDIT: Not to mention Harden's max coming off his rookie deal will be for significantly less money than the $100+M that JJ got.

Not sure I agree with that. Nobody knows if Harden can be the guy on a team, but the 5 year, 82 million max certainly isn't that bad of a deal for him.
