Metta World Peace lost 22 pounds and dropped 4.7 percent body fat over the course of this season.

"Out of shape early because of lockout. Couldn't get treatment so I took off a flat 3 months. I did nothing," World Peace tweeted, noting that he arrived to camp at 268.7 pounds and 13.3 percent body fat.

World Peace, who has scored in double figures in nine of his last 10 games, recently weighed in at 246.5 pounds and measured at 8.6 percent body fat – 22.2 pounds lighter and 4.7 percent fewer in bodyfat.
