Carmelo just got married in NY, he's from NY, and he has stated that he wants to live in NY. Why do you think he hasnt signed that extension? This is Lebron all over again when people said he was staying. If he wanted to stay with the Nuggets he wouldve already signed with them.

Yes he is, he was born there and lived there for awhile. He hasnt resigned, just like Lebron did. Although the west is weaker, they have to always go through the Lakers which doesnt change anything. Its no coincidence that he got married in NY. This isnt Lebron all over again, I didnt think he was going to the Knicks. The Nuggets werent even that good last year, so what motive would he have to stay?

Well the reason Melo hasn't signed the extension yet had to do with his team. He wants someone that can play with him for him to sign otherwise he's going to look for free agency. There is a good chance he will be a Knick next year, but that's if Denver can't get anyone on their team by then.
