I think Thompson could be a pretty solid player for the Kings.

Me also i think he could be solid. He was one of 3 players in 2006-07 to average 20 and 10.

He went against mike beasley and put up 24 points and seven rebounds and 4 blocks and defended mike beasley to 13 pooints on 5-11 shooting

because when someone is playing in the last year of a contract, it's called a contract year....Everyone knows that, well I guess you didn't.

Just saw on ESPN that the Warriors have also offered Arenas....

This probably means Davis isnt going to re-sign..

I say Warriors tank and go Brandon "SAT's" Jennings in 09!!

I might start a movement and hand out fliers tomorrow in Pier 39! w00t

then free the zebras!!!

Richard Simmons u with me?
That is the reason the lottery was made. Because in 84, many beleived that Rockets tanked to get Olajuwan, and thus the lottery was born.

Dez, Duhon was always considered to be good. He kept stealing PT from Hinrich, and actually used to start a little bit. He's a solid player who will steal PT from Nate.

The Nets are looking into getting a SF such as Mikael Pietrus or JR Smith, The nuggets say they will match any offer for JR Smith but Mikael would be fine, we need another SF without RJ.

You better hope he's good because as a Bulls fan he was not liked by fans. He's known as the team drunk and don't be surprised if he comes up with a line of 1-7 3pts and 6ast those are typical numbers, but once in a blue moon he'll spazz and come up with 25&15.

Only particular reason Duhon got PT is Skiles had an infinity for him and took PT form Gordon not Hinrich and essentially Thabo and Tyrus, but when Skiles got fired Boylan barely gave Du any time on the court. He can be solid if he's consistent and can be somewhat a leader.

Celtics made an offer to Maggette...

The Celtics have made contract offers to two forwards in their own free agent James Posey and Clippers free agent Corey Maggette, sources told the Boston Globe. The most the Celtics could offer is the mid-level exception (about $5.8 million), and it's doubtful that they could sign both players. The terms of the offers were not disclosed.

Posey averaged 7.4 points and 4.4 rebounds and was a NBA Sixth Man of the Year candidate in his first season with Boston. The two-time NBA champion was a strong leader for the Celtics and opted out of the second year of a two-year deal on Monday to become an unrestricted free agent. Maggette averaged 22.1 points and 5.6 rebounds last season for the Clippers and played for Celtics coach Doc Rivers in Orlando during the 1999-2000 season.

James Posey would also help.

James Posey's likely destinations are the Lakers and Hornets.
But he most likely will re-sign with Boston, no?

Lakers are interested in Brent Barry
Utah has contacted Ronny Turiaf
The Knicks are interested in Telfair

I think Corey will go to SanAn
he always wanted to start for the Clippers, and was mad when he didnt
He would start in SanAn and would get some great minutes. moreso than in Boston
