As long as Dell gets to run the process (which it sounds like he will) I don't think Thibs will really even be a candidate.elcheato said:Windhorst brings up Thibs as a candidate. The thought of him overworking that injury plagued team is just hilarious.
I'm not saying he will be, cause I know Windhorst was just spit balling any potential name available. Just funny to think about.nolafan33 said:As long as Dell gets to run the process (which it sounds like he will) I don't think Thibs will really even be a candidate.
It was less of "starting to rebuild", and was more of "losing Amare Stoudemire in his prime". And he had one good season in his entire HC careerelcheato said:Gentry did good things in Phoenix, but they quickly started rebuilding after his best season. Not a coincidence that he's been the lead assistant under two of the top teams in the league the last two years.
If you read what I said, I stated that the Warriors success has more to do with Kerr and Adams, as well as Curry and Klay's overall improvement, more than Gentry being thereelcheato said:So you're using the Clippers improvement this year as a reason to dismiss Gentry, but then not giving any credit for the Warriors better play?
I'm not even saying he's all that important, but you can't have it both ways if you're going to use that Clippers thing.
I did read what you said. You said the Clippers were worse last year with Gentry as the associate/assistant HC compared to this year, and then said the Warriors improvement had little to do with Gentry being there as the associate/assistant HC, to which I said you can't have it both ways. Not sure why I had to read it again.bosoxlover12 said:If you read what I said, I stated that the Warriors success has more to do with Kerr and Adams, as well as Curry and Klay's overall improvement, more than Gentry being there
