I love Jones-Drew as a back. I just hope he doesn't fatigue himself early (tends to happen to the power type backs) and run out of steam, because it'd be great to see him turn out to be a hall of fame running back.

As long as he can keep doing what he's doing, I don't see why not.

MJD is only 25 and has already put up those numbers.
Unless he has a career ending injury, he will most likely be a HOF RB.

Faulk had the greatest three-year span that a runningback has ever had.

Faulk is the best player on that list and maybe one of the greatest runningbacks to ever play.

Give MJD the carries Faulk had and he would of had near that. MJD also didn't start till 2009 so most of that he did with limited carries.

Exactly, it's not hard to get a lot of yards when you only carry a few time a game.

Marshall Faulk had one of the greatest seasons I have ever seen a RB have in 1999, that <Censored> was just nasty in every way. MJD has had 2 very good seasons so far, only time will tell if his body can hold up, last time I checked he is listed as questionable against the Colts. Once MJD has about 5 seasons of 1000+ yards running then we can consider him in the HOF. Right now its way too premature to be thinking about it.

MJD has had 3 good years, his rookie year was great for the limited touches he saw. Also Maurice is limited Alot of the weeks during the season and sometimes doesn't practice at all. He's fine, it's a little thing called rest. This is probably the biggest game for the jags in a while, Maurice has had 6 100 yard games in a row. You want him to be fresh against Indy. It's not that he's injured.

Also Blake, no it's not easy to get Alot of yards on limited touches. Especially for somebody with maurices size, nobody is doing <Censored> like him. Quit making excuses to try and hide his greatness.

I dont even see what you're arguing Blake, so even if Marshall had the greatest 3 year span ever, that's fine. That means nothing in this argument, he's not trying to say MJD is better than either of them, he's just comparing their numbers since they're HOF RB's obviously, and he makes a point. I definitely won't be surprised if he makes it, I hope he does.

I'm saying that MJD isn't on the same level of Faulk. Clearly it does mean something in this argument. MJD will not be making the HoF, I don't really see any current runningback making the HoF right now with the exception of a few vets.
