The culture of a team starts with the coach.

The whole culture needs to be changed. Players have alot to do with it, I agree, but if yall are gonna sit here and tell me that having a team this loaded, and we still dont win, is the mainly players faults...

then Ill just stay away from this thread lol

Your team is loaded with guys who can put the basketball in the hoop.

Your team's defensive ability leaves a lot to be desired.

The Knicks are ranked 8th in the NBA in defense. The offense has been the problem.

The Knicks give up 97 points per game along with 45% shooting from the field, 37% from three, allow 24 FT attempts per game, 1.2 points per shot, and a true shooting percentage of 49%. They are also about 20th in the league in rebounding. They carry over the ball watching part of offense to their defense. They also have a real problem whenever TC has to come out to the elbow to play D, it leaves their wings and guards vulnerable. Defense is definitely part of the problem.
